Property was not clean with hair and dirt in all the mats and rugs throughout the home.

The only thing i had a hard time with was the entrance to the apartment, it was a side street across from a bar and there are dumpsters and empty lots, in fact when i arrived my taxi driver did not want to let me off because there were men from the bar all hanging in the street. I wish also that the door had a dead bolt on it for extra protection.
PKThe attitude of the host was good and helpful. Bathrooms were clean but towels were not properly washed / dried. they were smelly.
The sofa bed was rather uncomfortable. The pictures of the apartment do not show the true approach and area of the apartment.
USIt was located within walking distance of everything we needed to get to. It was clean and comfortable.
The reviews stated that has a 'street' view, but didn't mention it was an alley with garbage right out the door. It also didn't mention anything about having a bar across the 'alley' that people stayed at till 3:00 to 4:00 in the morning yelling and reving up cars. Needless to say, we won't be staying there again.
CAThe location is great! The property is located in center city and the old city is in a nice walking distance. The city hall and Reading Terminal Market are very close. Additionally, there are several lively bars and excellent jazz clubs close to the property. It is worth mentioning that there is a stop of Phlash tourist bus that serves all major sites and monuments in Philly at 12th and Market streets.

USCozy little spot. Good for our needs for our short stay! Iyad was communicative and helpful. I think I would stay again if needed. Convenient to everything! Bed was LARGE :)
Under bed and around unit could be kept a bit more. Wasn't very clean. but wasn't a deterrent either. Just needed a good sweep. We stayed during Pride weekend so it was a bit loud, but I can sleep thru anything. GPS made it a little challenging to find the unit. My fiance wished it was a TV in the main bedroom. If you're on the bougie side, this unit might not be for you, but if you need a safe, quick place to stay and don't mind some noise, this is perfect!
