USClean, updated, nicely decorated, centrally located. The host was nice and in contact.
The posted address ( 1316 Walnut)is not the real address ( 1318 Chancellor). The apartment is located very close to night bars and loud people hang out under the windows until 4 am. The living room sofa was not comfortable to sleep on.
