Instances of late response from the staff and on the last day we found out the growth of fungus at the back of the toilet door. Might be due to improper maintenance of drainage system at the toilet
GBIt’s an excellent sized apartment for a family. My teenage son had his own bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Amazing view from all rooms. Washing machine was of great use. We used it almost everyday. Thank you for being so thoughtful. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
I wish the apartment had some salt, sugar, cooking oil and a good sized cooking pan (atleast the basic needs)

IDThe property is lovely and located near the ocean so the view was amazing from the unit. I also appreciate the full length mirror and the extra large bed in the living room
The building maintenance isn’t the greatest as you can see the lobby and lifts are quite dirty and not taken care of, plus its very hot as there’s no AC or that it’s not turned on.

Long waiting time for lifts Exhausting spiral drive up the multi-story carpark, would like to have been given option to choose a lower level carpark
