Check in procedure involves banking in deposit and refunding electronically but its not feasible for non Malaysian guests A big cockroach appeared in bedroom. Water heater is not working and the worst part is that the staff of the accommodation was not responding Lift system is chaotic. On average, it took 15 min to have a lift after parking or leaving the apartment, but still, the lift can be full even it stops at your floor.

my suite got issues with the aircond, living hall + 1 room. i had to spent 2 nights without aircond the host also did not respond fast enough on whatsapp and call.
