- First, communication with host is off, it was either late reply or no reply at all. - Bathroom can improve with some hook or clothes hanging bar. - Leaving the building during check out time is a NIGHTMARE. Be prepare if you out at 11am+, you will be stuck there waiting lift for more than half hours. A little heads up from host on this would be great, we can arrange ourselves to leave earlier instead of waiting there with bunches of people who also ready to check out. - Refundable deposit of RM 300 is understandable, but refund within 24 hrs after fill up whatever form given is slow and unnecessary and makes people worry, we have no words to get the money back, and it will sure be troublesome if there's any dispute after you left Penang.
