Lux Home Stays - Regents Place

Everything was available for a three night stay. Perfectly located for the centre of Leamington. Shops, bars and restaurants nearby. A link sent with details to find the apartment was very useful.

Very comfortable spaceous, warm and great ventilation. I loved the comfy bedroom.

Washing machine was down and shower hot/warm water was not consistent but got better with more time

Washing machine was out of order and had to take clothes to the cleaners. In the night the property entrance is not lit although there is light when close to the door.

Very clean, functional, high water pressure, hot water.

There is room for improvement by adding lights in the alley, although the door is well lit.

We didn’t stay and checked out 1hr after arriving. The apartment was light and bright in living room and kitchen, on the whole the apartment was fine although a little worn.

The location!! As my daughter was staying for the rest of the week on her own she didn’t feel safe and checked into a nearby hotel instead. This was due to the blind corners in the courtyard to get to the property, the ground floor layout but most of all the homeless persons sleeping bag being stored by the bins just outside the property. Also the broken window in the stairwell next door. Contacted owner on 28/07 to advise not staying, they acknowledged that they would investigate but @ 02/08 we haven’t heard anything.

Excellent location within walking distance of Leamington Spa amenities. Big comfy bed, well equipped kitchen.

Area outside front door was very messy with litter.

My partner stayed at this apartment for 2 weeks at a time on 2 occasions whilst studying in Leamington spa and suited her needs. The host is quick to response and friendly. The location was ideal, close to the town, close to the train station and easy to get around in the car avoiding peak travel times. Shower was decent with good pressure, bed comfy.

All in all was good. If I was too be really picky it needs some additional cooking utensils and a bit of paint.
