SGSpacious, homely. Nice location. Good customer service, the property manager replaced the shower unit immediately when I reported it broken.
GBIt was in an okay location, not 15 mins away, more like 30 mins from Manhattan.
The bed was super uncomfortable, it was just a box spring with a mattress topper. There was a hair on the bed and stains too. The booking is advertised as an apartment when really it's a room in an apartment. The shower also had a lot of hair, and there was water all over the floor, the mat was dirty and soaking wet. We also asked for a parking space when we made the booking, when we called to ask about it the guy was kinda rude and unbothered, told us that we would have to pay more money for the parking or find street parking. We ended up parking like 10mins away and walking. The room smelt musty and "breakfast included" was just stale cereal.

Only one bathroom to share with more rooms, two floors stairs (no elevator), non-opaque curtains at the room’s windows, property manager was rude in the communication

Property doesn’t have parking facilities. Also blankets were very dirty we had to use our own blankets. I forgot my Bluetooth speakers in the room. Other floors guests playing very loud music till 2am. Very disturbing. No staff at the property.
HUA clean apartment in a nice neighborhood. Manhattan is reachable in 15 minutes by the 119 bus. The buses run very frequently, so you don't have to wait long if you miss one, and the bus stop is very close to the apartment.
Disadvantage: the walls are quite thin.
