The location is good, but if buses are late it might take up to 1 hour to get to Manhattan.

With cleaning they did not look further with cleaning. There were random bandages on the walls and lamps. If someone would’ve looked a bit extra they would’ve cleaned it. The communal places would need rules to help with cleanliness. There was pee on the toilet seat sometimes. The host was very kind and offering to assist
FRThe location of the appartment is near a bus station. However, by anymean it is not a 15min ride to manhatten. It is never less that 30 min and can be up to 45 min.
The appartment was dirty. My room was full of dirt and no good lighting. The bathroom is disaster, water everywhere, hair and toilet paper. The owner was not responding to clean it over the three nights that I spent there. The AC was not working over two days out of the three day I spent there too. The owner did not send the check in information on time, and was not responding to any of my messages on the day before checkin.
RUThe room itself is quite spacious and the location is great. Worth its price.
The apartment needs more cleaning and the neighbours downstairs were noisy every night. We couldn't sleep properly.

PLAir conditioning in the whole apartment (although someone changed it once for 79 degrees), dishwasher
The apartment, especially the bathroom is filthy. Not to mention my whole stay there the toilet was clogged, as well as the bathtub. Also, there was only ONE bathroom for like 6 rooms. The mat in front of the shower was always soaking wet. Hair everywhere, random stickiness of touchable surface, visible dirt around doorknobs. The buses often got stuck in the Lincoln Tunnel, so take this 15 minutes with a grain of salt, it’s more around 25.
