Some excessive noise from downstairs neighbors. Check in instructions nor sent until 5:45 PM on day of arrival. Bathroom mat outside shower was soaked, should have been replaced with a throw towel

GBGBGreat location in New Jersey. Easy access to NYC with local busses. Quiet, clean and very comfortable room. Responsive host who kindly let us check up later in the day due to 6pm flight and do our clothes washing. Highly recommended.
The only issue is the shower and toilet are in the same bathroom so it can be quite a wait for the loo if someone is getting ready in the morning
