USThe price was nice.
Host was uncooperative, blaming booking.com for any misunderstanding. Shuttle was not free as advertised and you must make that arrangement prior to payment, which I do not know how you would do that. Also, it is not close to JFK and the advertisement does not make that clear. When I expressed this to the host, he couldn't care less.

It’s a shared house which was not mentioned on the booking and washing told until we walked in with other people. no ac controls, bath mat was soaking wet. felt confined to the room because it was a shared house
DEEverything was cleaned properly. The check in worked seamlessly. The neighborhood was quiet and NYC can be easily reached by bus.
Because many guests have to share one bathroom, there can be quite a long waiting time.

CNThe landlord is a handsome guy with lots of experience and a nice personality. The property is in a great location, with a quiet and safe environment. Bus 123 takes you directly to Manhattan, New York, in just 15 minutes, making it an excellent choice for exploring the city!
