Bardzo duże i przezstronne mieszkanie. Dobra okalizacja - dużo miejsc parkingowych w okolicy, blisko do marketu i do 10 min na nogach do brzegu jeziora. Mieszkanie super wyposażone.

The property is very nice, as described. We loved the layout and how nicely finished it is.

We however had an issue with one of the two portable AC units provided at this property and were unable to get the house to a reasonable temperature most of our visit. On the day we arrived we immediately notified the property owner that the unit was not working. We were informed we simply needed to empty the water (by taking the unit outside and pulling the drain plug). The unit then worked, but after 70 minutes turned off and had to be drained again to get it to turn back on (but it is fairly heavy and takes a little time to do this). I informed the property owner of this, but they indicated nothing could be done to resolve the issue for our planned 4 night stay. Had to do this 12 times within the first 24 hours of our visit (several times in the middle of the night). When I updated the owner of this the next day, there was no further response the rest of our stay (and we ended up leaving early). The other bedroom’s AC worked just fine. If it will be warm in Como during your stay, hopefully the issues we experienced have been properly addressed (as the owner also indicates they checked with the next guest after we left and they found no issues with the AC).
