Haven Loft Como - Private Spa, Parking & Jacuzzi

We had a wonderful experience here. From when we walked in we fell in love with the place (and the halloween decorations). The jacuzzi was our favourite part of the place. We also loved the private bar, we had fun making our drinks. The host, Marco, was extremly friendly and helpful. He showed us around the loft and explained how everything worked. He also gave us lots of recommendations for fun things to do in Como. We can’t wait to come back here, hopefully next year <3

Our stay was too short 😂

The house: This is the most incredible house I've ever stayed in. It's designed to have everything you could possibly imagine. There's a wonderful hot tub, a full bar, a professional coffee maker that makes incredible coffee, the shower is wonderful, and the steam is very relaxing. Everything in the house is of the highest quality (e.g., every room has a Dyson hairdryer). The host pays close attention to detail (even leaving rose petals for you to use in the bathtub and food for your breakfast). The house is extremely beatiful and useful, besides beeing close to everything; you won't need a car for anything. You will also have a beautiful area specifically for cigars, in the same room there is a PlayStation and TV. Believe me, this house is worth every penny. The host: Marco is an amazing host. He pays attention to every detail, responds promptly, and does everything he can to make you feel at home. He's extremely helpful and polite, and very friendly! He explains how to use the entire house to your advantage so you have a 100% enjoyable stay. Thank you for everything Marco, it was a great pleasure to meet you and we can’t wait to came back!

Everything was perfect, everything you could possibly need was provided and host was on hand to explain everything. Como was amazing too.

We had an unforgettable stay at *Luxe &Central Heaven* with the wonderful host, Marco. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Marco is not just a host—he’s a true gem. He thought of *everything*! The apartment is like a curated museum—filled with thoughtful gadgets, unique touches, and elegant design choices that reflect his attention to detail and care. Every room had bottled water, there was an espresso machine ready to go, and we were greeted with complimentary treats like biscuits and Nutella. Marco made sure we were comfortable in every possible way—always available, always kind, and incredibly attentive. The apartment itself is spotless, stylish, and well-equipped—perfect for a cozy and memorable stay. While it’s about a 15–20 minute walk to the lake and city center, we actually enjoyed the stroll, especially since Como parking is notoriously tricky and the weather was perfect during our visit. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. Marco truly made us feel at home, and his place was one of the highlights.

Our review :Our stay at Marco’s apartment was absolutely exceptional. Marco is a truly welcoming host who personally receives his guests with warmth and generosity, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The apartment itself is a masterpiece — clearly the result of great effort and attention to the smallest details. It offers a unique and immersive experience, with thoughtful touches throughout. From the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi to the music system, gaming options, and coffee station — everything is designed for comfort and enjoyment. It’s also fully equipped with essentials like a washing machine and a beautifully detailed kitchen. Marco’s hospitality is unmatched — we were welcomed with snacks, coffee, and water, making us feel truly cared for. The location is excellent, with a parking spot available (although we barely used the car since the lake, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance — except for one mountain tour we took). Marco is a refined, kind-hearted host who genuinely enjoys hosting guests. I highly recommend this incredible place and thank Marco for a truly unforgettable experience!
