No washing machine as per list Staff should give clear instruction how to access and check in the property

The location was good and the security so far ok. Only thing is the bedsheet needs improvement. The bedsheet was stained if previous guest stained it and unable to wash off probably should dispose instead of letting anther guest use it.

Location near town and the beach, House is big

White towels provided where yellow with stain, this could have been easily avoided by bleaching the towels when they wash. Aircon not well maintained, the ones in the rooms were noisy, setting it at 24 Degrees feels like 26 degrees. All the shower floor trap floods when we use it, clearly no one did any maintainance to remove hair from the floor trap. Walls and floors of the shower where also mouldy. There was no shower curtain or screen so the whole toilet gets wet when you use the shower. Wooden dinning table warped like a banana. Many Sofa but all the cushion are sunken it, not comfortable to sit. There is a kitchen but there is only a rice cooker and microwave. Stove is not usable and there is no pan or pot. Electric Flask for boiling water smells of chemical, cannot be used, had to use the microwave to heat up water for coffee. Pool table had a broken pocket, so balls drops out.

Spacious.

Rainy days. The surrounding of the was very wet and muddy. The is no grill for behind door (Laundry area). We heard someone trying to open the kitchen door at 130am. Its very scary.

Host was very responsive and immediate on our needs. I.e requiring more tissues/plastic bags. Within 15mins it was delivered to us.

Good location and large house.

1. Poorly maintained 2. Utensils were old/barely usable - we bought out own. 3. Toilet upstairs had low pressure water - handyman did come to check and told it was the tank not getting filled - but it didnt get fixed - we ended up not using.
