Swimming pool is not clean and too much chlorine water.. children skin were affected..

The house is big enough to accommodate 17 of us.

We went as a family trip, 17 of us for 1 night. So we rented the whole house (number 22) with 1 room at 1st floor, 4 rooms at the 2nd floor. Cleanliness: See the pictures, the house is extremely dirty. Floor is sticky, especially the kitchen floor. Lizard poops and cockroaches seen in the toilets. Bedsheets full with hairs and stains. Even black bugs seen on the mattresses. Hundreds in RM of cleaning fee and property service were charged to us, but where's the basic cleaning service provided? Facilities: Mahjong comes with missing pieces; cue sticks for the pool game are not well maintained. No dustbins in the toilets. Safety: Entrance gate is not lockable. Value for money: Absolutely not. Owner of management: please take your responsibility to supervise your staffs' work. Did you engage male Bangladeshis to do the cleaning? Have they been trained?

It is quite near to the shophouses, the location is quite convenient. not too far away from the beach if u have car. There is a lot of bed, therefore it can fit in a huge family trip.

It will be nicer if the host will reply message more. Regarding the deposit, after the stay, the host do not reply anymore, feel quite insecure, not sure if they will return the deposit. Rack is spoiled when i reach, they didn't clean up before our stay, is dangerous with kids around, need to walk around and check and put it high up, and not sure if the owner will count that as my stay faulty, as they do not reply message after the stay, yet didn't not ask for my bank account to refund my deposit.

wifi slow even not function at all. ask how to operate tv but no answer until we chk out. iron - stated in advertisement in good condition but malfunction toilet in master bedroom water clock n slow drain kicthen sink is slow drain this property should not be in the list if their reception manage rnot working in good condition, not warm welcome guest, sombong/arrogant EVEN MY DEPOSIT UNTIL NOW STILL NOT REFUND. I LEAVE THE HOUSE IN GOOD CONDITION BUT AFTER MIRE THAN 7 DAYS I STILL DID NOT GET MY REFUND. I AM LOYAL USER OF BOOKING.COM. I DONT DESERVE TO BE TREATED LIKE THIS. IM NOT A BEGGAR BUT I JUST WANT MY RIGHT TO HAVE BACK MY REFUND.
