[OFFICIAL] Desaru Villa Resort @ Arcadia

All the facilities in a good condition and can use all of it. Very satisfying. Overall is good. Sure will be in my staycation list.

The floor not to clean. I can see footsteps on the kitchen floor especially. But luckily there's a mop. So that we can mop ourself. The hole in the bathroom not 100% functional. The water will stagnant when we shower. It's like slowly go down but it's take time.

Housekeepers very polite... But not the management

Such a rude management,in inbox they will state, they will refund upon check out but they only refund after 7 days, n they say ,it was their policy that was stated in our site .. seriously such a rude management...will never ,ever recommend to anyone..... Regret of their behaviour..

The environment

Everything was fine, but the sofa was broken and the kitchen toilet was abit smelly.

Dirty, broken down, rusty, not maintained properly. Clogged drainage. Dirty bedsheet with dust and cobwebs. Broken TV display. Gecko poop on the floor. Dusty shades. Dead plants. It was a nightmare!
