Nothing.

Couldn't get in. Wasn't even sure we were at the right property. Pin number didn't work and nobody answered the phone on the 3 numbers we were given. Empty beer cans outside the door. Ended up booking in to a Holiday Inn Express. Going to request a refund.

Everything was perfect except for their internet connection which was very poor

cleanliness and it being an appartment like it says on the website , it turned out to be a bedsit with a shared bathroom(dirty) and kitchen (didn't even look at) . it was supposed to be a non smoking facility but weed was clearly being smoked at the property

Wifi has no internet access. No one to assist in case you need help

Hosts were very quick to answer questions and rectify issues.

Uncomfortable mattress, unclean bathroom, confusion over room cleaning.

this place is horendous very dirty the whole place needs serious clean up its not fit for purpous we couldnt and didnt stay there ive ask fir refund

Hi good morning I would like to complain about the room we stayed in last night it was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever been on we had very little sleep the room is in desperate need of refurbishment holes in the wall damp water leaking through the ceiling from the roof staining on the carpet and walls I have taken photos of course I would like a full refund please not happy at all
