Room smelled of damp. Scaffolding on the outside on the front of the building. Insufficient lighting to be able to use key code for entry to the room. Towels for guest use were in our opinion not of quality. We were aware that bathroom facilities were separate, however it would have been more practical to have the toilet separate to the washing facilities.

The condition of the property was disappointingly poor. Upon entering, I was greeted by an overwhelming stench that suggested neglect. The kitchen was particularly revolting; filthy utensils were scattered about, and the bins overflowed with refuse, creating an unbearable odor. Even the fridge was an eyesore, packed with food that had long since succumbed to mold. The bedroom, while somewhat tolerable, was not without its issues. As night fell, the rain began to pour, revealing a concerning leak in the roof that dripped ominously right above the bed. The entrance to the property was equally unwelcoming, with unsightly bins cluttering the area, leaving little room to pass and further contributing to the appalling smell that permeated the space. The overall experience was quite distressing, making it an awful stay.

The storage in the bedroom was good

Hole in the ceiling, not fixed. Holes in the wall not filled in. Curtain rail fell down, not put back up for 48 hours. Had to sleep 2 nights without curtains. Unable to contact owners at the weekend No indication in the room where to find the WiFi. Mattress extremely lumpy. Bath filthy full of leaves. No bath mat, so often water all over the floor. Kitchen,no equipment to cook with. Surfaces looked dirty. 6.30am last morning woken up by water from the ceiling dripping regularly and loudly on to the pillow! Unable to ring anyone until 9am to cancel bookings that day. I would like compensation for an appalling one star star. It is worth 0 stars. Please email me in response to my complaints. The size of the room

It was horrible, all the place was absolutely dirty, specially the bathrooms. When you get into the house it looks abandoned, no much furniture, lots of mails, and a disgusting smell. The bed was really unconfortable, you could feel all the matress springs in your back, also, my pillow had some blood. I tried to contact the owners but we didnt receive any replay.We booked for 2 nights but we only stayed one, I couldnt stand staying in such a disgusting and scary place any more.

Probably the worst place we have ever stayed in and should be an embarrassment for Booking.com to be associated with this property. There was nothing to like except getting out of there asap, I would of marked it less than one if possible, do mot send your customers here!!

The building number is not marked, but found someone else trying to get into a building and found it to be the one we were lookking for, however several attempts to get in failed as the lock system was faulty but got in in end. The place was completely worn out, unsanitary unclean and smelt. The bathroom was filthy not cleaned, the toilet was unsanitary and we had to clean it ourselves, the bath and sink were hairy and rubbish and a rubber glove were on the floor. The shower was broken and was laying on the floor in pieces and you could see it had so much filth and grime in the runners you could hardly close the doors. The lino floor was disgusting and after stepping out of the shower, you wouldn't want to put your feet on it. The ceiling was falling apart and was covered in spider webs and filth. The bedroom floor was filthy and our socks were soon covered in bits, there was rubbish in a drawer and the bedroom walls, and ceilings were filthy. Do not send your customers here! !
