room was very clean and well appointed. it had everything that we could need. Host was responsive in communication and very helpful and friendly. Very convenient for getting to Bude.

The room was cold and we were unable to to do anything about this. Radiators only slightly warm in the evening and cold during the day. Breakfast was very disappointing. cheap sliced bread for toasting. cheap tasteless jams. The only cereals on offer were the little kellogs variety packs. The nicest thing was natural yogurt with berries to add on. no fresh fruit available. Breakfast room was cold. Host made a tea for me in a cup, no pot to help myself to more. The next day I had a coffee which host described at as a cappuccino but it was quite a poor imitation.

Location was good to travel around

Every day same breakfast got bored there was not shower very tiny bath tub spiders were around the room and bathroom I cleared myself

Paula was always helpful nothing too much trouble she cleaned our room everyday with fresh towels ever day The continental breakfast was very good great selection and Paula cooks a great breakfast too. Being dog friendly was a bonus all in all a great place to stay

Nothing at all

Everything was spot on! We expect a clean room and option for breakfast. We were provided with very nice clean, tidy rooms. Great options for breakfast far more than I'd expect . cereals, fruits, yogurt, toast , jam, fruit loafs, choice of bread/toast, waffle,brioche choice of milks. Even nice machine coffees made for us. We paid for a cooked breakfast one of the days and that was ace, cooked to order, really nice. Brilliant! On top of this Paula was really kind giving more tea for the room when we finished what was given in the room, I think is generous. Lovely wildlife and pond with picnic benches you can enjoy. I appreciate seeing wild flowers and plants growing to feed to bees and other wildlife. Our family really enjoyed the games room, pool, table tennis and football table all enjoyed. Even a basket ball hoop in the yard. We had a relaxing stay, everything we could need was provided. Honest hardworking family. Thanks again.

Other reviews must be a lot of people needy and expecting everyone to wipe their ass. Couldn't and don't need to fault this place.

Not as advertised no animals very run down couldn’t close the front door so very noisy not clean

The cooked breakfast was excellent but I would’ve preferred proper fresh coffee although the instant was good. I didn’t like to complain that it was only warm. But I guess that’s my own fault.

We thought the games room needed a sweep out and clean up but this could be due to the host being already busy with everything else. We enjoyed a game of pool which was free but bit put off by this..

Very nice place, room was spacious enough and breakfast was lovely!

Could have been cleaner - dust and bathroom could do with a spruce. Bed also extremely noisy - bolts/screws need tightening
