USThe location is exactly as described - and it is a fantastic view, complemented by the sound of the surf and abundant birdsong. The house is in excellent condition, well furnished, with an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. The yard is well kept and neat. Close to the CBD with one of Napier's walking paths allowing direct access to the business district on foot. Furnishings are comfortable and the main level is nicely arranged. The master bathroom is an experience.
The driveway is a white-knuckle experience, but no worse than many a driveway in Napier (and most of the roads on Bluff Hill), but the parking at the bottom of the driveway is well-positioned and comfortable, with plenty of room to turn around. The laundry room cannot be accessed from inside the house. In the grand scheme of things, these are extremely minor.

AUThe views are indeed spectacular, and the house is very roomy. Beds were all very comfortable, and a modern kitchen had everything we needed. The house was very clean and our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.
The driveway (as warned) is very narrow and steep.
NZAUIt was a very well stocked house, especially the kitchen. We had a great stay.
The beds were a bit uncomfortable for my tastes but I'm sure they would suit others.
