rooms are clean, comfortable, affordable, staff are friendly and accomodating and the buffet breakfast is quite good value

the location is the downfall for this hotel, if you’re doing a local cruise or the ferry to cat ba island than it’s great, otherwise the area it’s in is quite deserted and not much to do, so you’d be better staying in the city

Great for boarding the overnight boats but a bit isolated from Ha Long City. Taxis were very cheap though

Lovely spacious rooms in an excellent location to board the cruise. The downside was the constant loud noise coming from the kitchen above. Suggest not staying on level 6! Asian breakfast selection only.

Location, staff and cleanliness

Everything, starting from the location and closeness to the departure port gates, to design and cleaniness, ending with food and restaurant. Staff also helpful and friendly. Very good price for such quality. Partial view to Ha Long bay is nice addition.
