"Strange experience"

The hotel was generally good

There really is nothing around the hotel to warrant staying there. The area seems to belong to a bygone age when there was more activity going on, or were we just there at the wrong time?

"Ha long bay"

Nice hotel near the marina terminal. Staff is very gentle and friendly. Nice breakfast. Highly recommended.

Nice rooms, clean and quiet.

The toilet made weird noises after flushing. But after 30s it went quiet again, so nothing too bothersome.

"A must stay!"

We stayed here the night before our Ha Long Bay Cruise and it was the best thing we have done! Immaculate and brand new furnishings and facilities. Our room overlooked Ha Long Bay which was mesmerising! Breakfast was delicious and an asset to staying here. The location was awesome! A few small restaurants were open at night (even in non-peak season) and served us great food. We would recommend to everyone to stay here!

Thank you very much to the staff for helping us arrange transfers from the airport and to Ninh Binh and a cruise around the bay! Everything went great and we are very happy! The hotel is new and stylish, it was very nice to be in it. The view of the bay is also beautiful.

"Excellent hotel"

Excellent hotel ideal for a pre and post stop when doing the Ha Long cruises. Free shuttle to and from whatever boat operators you choose. The food is great and the staff are superb. Finally the place is spotlessly clean

"Great place to stay en route to and from Cat Bai"

A really great hotel to stay at before and after the cruise to Cat Bai. The food is amazing and the staff really helpful. There is a free shuttle to and from the cruise boats. Mocha coffee is lovely
