Premium 2BR Flat in the City Centre

Great location, nice and clean and good communication from the host.

Spacious.

Could really do with a deep clean.Still dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived.Hadnt been cleaned very well.Very cheeky ti ask for £250 security deposit After I have booked and it’s too late to back out.

Ruimte, ligging

Weinig faciliteiten. Het was geloof ik niet de bedoeling dat er gekookt werd. Afwerking van het appartement was op onderdelen gammel. Zo kregen we enkele malen het slot van het appartement nauwelijks open.

Clean and tidy and a convenient location in a calm area close to the City. Smooth contact and check-in information. Reasonable prize. Impressive kitchen hub. Wifi and TV set. (although I miss the time when TV was not only streaming - part of travelling to other place is consuming local media. Netflix is the same at home)

The moldy smell at the entrance to the flat was a drawback. Glad we stayed here in summer because I suspect the large single glazed windows wich did not close well would make the ambience less friendly on windy cold days. The kitchen would have been a notch better with a coffee maker of some kind.

Good location, comfortable and spacious . The area was quiet.

No number on flat door - a photo sent would have solved that issue. The lock on the flat door was a little difficult to open from the inside. No instructions for using the hob eg switching on the gas . A cafeteria would have been handy. Information about parking and WiFi would have been helpful - no information booklet in the flat.

Spacious and comfortable

The neighbour below complained about 8:30pm because we was walking around in our apartment. It made us feel like we had to walk on egg shells.

The property is very comfortable & there is plenty of room. The heating worked well & there was plenty of hot water. Location was excellent, 10 minutes walk to the centre & 25 minutes walk through a beautiful park to the university & west end.

A few tiny tweaks & this property would be even more excellent. The bath drained very slowly & the shower head wouldn’t stay up (but there is a lovely rain shower which works beautifully) More hand towels Pillow cases for the spare pillows The front door of the flat didn’t feel particularly safe- maybe a dead lock or at least a security chain.
