Premium 2BR Flat in the City Centre

Cleanliness, Location, organization all I loved. Calm Quiet place, very appropiate for a family. Overall liked it.

Nothing I can remember other than the hot water supply was having some issue the evening we arrived. But we didn’t even report it, still someone arrived the next morning and fixed it. So I will say not an issue really.

Spacious apartment with all the necessities for a self catering stay. A short walk to Sauchiehall Street with its restaurants and bars.

Location was perfect and really close to the theatre.

We had a great time in the flat BUT was surprised that there was no information about how to work anything. The flat was freezing when we arrived and we couldn't find thermostat or any information about how to turn heating or water on. We tried phoning Booking.com as per your instructions but gave up after half an hour waiting for our call to be answered. Eventually we found the boiler and worked out how to turn on and off. We were also surprised that there no tea towels - no washing powder for the washing machine - no bin liners - no instructions for the microwave - only two small tubes of shower gel or shampoo - no instructions about the TV - no BIG towels - no information about what to do with rubbish - and minimal cooking equipment pots and pans etc We have spent time in many holiday lets with our disabled daughter and have always had information about the accommodation and local area. In all other lets we have always had an abundance of the above mentioned, especially given that we had booked for two weeks.

It is a beautiful and spacious flat - even better than the pictures.

The rental company could do so much better. There were three if us staying for six days. There is only one key and it is also needed to lock the door from the inside - this is hugely inconvenient as if two of us wanted to go out we had the choice of either locking the third person inside the apartment or depending on that person being there and awake to let us in again. The lock isn't very reassuring either. There is no coffee maker and kitchen appliances are rather spartan. The cleaning could have been better and we couldn't even clean ourselves as the were no cloths, and no dish towels. For the aforementioned six day stay we were supplied with a 1,5 roll of toilet paper, two teabags and one rather small towel per person. There are no live TV channels on the TV - this really should be stated beforehand. The information flow wasn't very good, for instance I wasn't sent an information leaflet beforehand as I should have been. It might not have changed a lot as there are no instructions or at least very unclear instruction for people who have never seen a boiler before in their life (they are not universal) about the boiler. As we got no replies to our written queries and text messages we spent a day in a freezing flat with no hot water till we called the office during office hours (thankfully just the next day) and actually spoke to a very helpful person. Really some instructions on the boiler itself would be easy and simple especially since I see from the comments here that other people have had this issue as well. Also there were no instructions about the bins and what to put where. All communication via Booking.com is very impersonal and seems to be automatic as it appeared that my previous messages hadn't been read and I got a standard reply regardless. All of this should be easy to fix with little cost and effort and then the apartment should be fantastic 😊

The flat is big, recent, and well located. There is what you need in it.

Couch is not the best. Iron table is broken. The floor was sticky. The deposit is not reassuring

The welcome pack was very poor. Parking is not good and no warning is given.
