Tasteful furnishings

No heat. Front door was old, not secure only one key. No throw rugs on floors. Had to use carpeted areas to phone due to echo. No curtains in bathroom - open to the world. Bed was way too soft. Loud footsteps from above. Shoddy paint job, especially around windows No guides on how to use TV, microwave, washer etc.

Spacious clean & comfortable

Could have done with extra towels, toilet rolls & place mats & coasters so the work tops didn’t get marked but just a suggestion,

Location was very convenient to walk to city center and university. Apartment was well appointed with comfortable furnishings and was clean.

Property management company did not make clear that separate deposit is required to be paid on third party website separate from Booking.com. This led to concern over getting money returned fairly. Property only had one set of keys. Property is not accessible with three flights of stairs to access. Property did not include some listed and obvious appliances such as hairdryer and coffee maker.

Everything was pretty new and tidy. Good value for money and a nice location within 15-20 minutes walking to the Centre and the Glasgow event campus.

You hear a lot of noise (walking, jumping, music) from the upstairs neighbors. this was only an issue until evening.
