so kind staff and clean room

La struttura più pulita e sistemata in cui abbia viaggiato. Sono stata nella stanza da sei posti letto. Tutto era incredibilmente pulito. I bagni nuovissimi. La vicina grande, carina e con tutto il necessario. Staff molto molto gentile. E c’era sempre qualcuno a pulire.. incredibile, mi sentivo come a casa. Posizione ottima.

Il Wi-Fi in camera, al piano terra, non funzionava.

the location is very good and near to Caravan Saray also the our room was very clean , the behavior staff hotel were very kindly and many times we need help they were helped to us

Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise in the corridor during the night from some passengers and their children played in the corridor for a long time

After checking out, I was allowed to take a shower and use the dining area.

It is not possible to change the air in the room or adjust the temperature using a fan or air conditioner. Even when I send messages, the replies are very slow, and it's difficult to communicate in English, so it's hard to get information or ask for advice about traveling.

Great location, walking distance to many of the attractions in the city. Easily accessible by bus from the train station. Staff was very friendly, facilities very clean, large spacious kitchenette on the second floor with a fridge you can use to store food and a potable water dispenser.

WiFi didn't work well in the hostel bed I was in.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made us feel very comfortable. The location is super convenient—close to everything we needed. Most importantly, the owner was incredibly kind and helpful. They went out of their way to assist us and made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!
