The hotel is brand new and combine an hotel and à Hostel with a dormitory Good location walking distance to the main tourist sights dormitory clean and bed confortable Very friendly front office staff trying their best to communicate In English and providng good Information and assistance fir Ordering food

Dormitory lockers are however already broken due to poor quality and boxes fie rhe bags are anyway too small AC is Not plug Shower easily flooded Toilet not finished Construction going on with new wing being added No breakfast offered even with a supplément.. No coffee or tea

I had a fantastic experience staying at this hostel during my time in Kazakhstan. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What really made it special, though, was the staff—especially the team at the reception counter. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Always ready with a smile and happy to answer questions, give local recommendations, or just have a nice chat. It really made me feel at home and added a personal touch to the stay. Highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting the area—great value, good vibes, and genuinely kind people running the place. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was really friendly and helpfull and even really good english speaking. The dorms were clean and comfortable.

Excellent place next to Turkiston tourism complex. Very clean and quiet place with spacious rooms

Reception girl is so lazy and impolite, never meets usual customer's needs as receipt for stay and some information about Turkestan. Firstly she refused to provide me receipt for extra stay, then after insisting I waited for a receipt a half a day. I paid for extra half day stay, but they required me to leave hostel immediately after 8 pm, even not giving me the opportunity to end my phone conversation. Also internet provision is so poor, no possible even to read the infomation, not considering, of course, video info

It was a very clean and very nice hostel, you don't need to look for another place, it was nice enough.
