La chambre étatit très agréable, et l'auberge bien situé près de clifton qui est un quartier très agréable

La chambre est mal isolée, et il y avait beaucoup de bruit avec le bar en dessous

The room was comfortable (if a little on the warm side) and served us well for a couple of nights.

Stayed here previously. Love the location & the quirky pub theatre. Comfortable bed & a decent sleep.

Since our last visit the communal entrance hall has become very shabby (and smelly). The room is pleasant but there is a smell in the bathroom - plug hole possibly. Maybe it needs a big slug of bleach? Or disinfectant? The property uses a 3rd party to manage their bookings and to do the cleaning and turn arounds. Might be worth the property speaking to them. Sadly my car which was parked outside was dented - around 1.30am or so my cars alarm noted. Not sure by whom and not the fault of the Alma tavern. But it ended our stay with a sour flavour.

Location was great. Pub was nice and staff friendly but…

Room was freezing when we arrived - thought the radiator wasn’t working but it was on in the morning. The drains are stinking of eggs. Stains on the walls and damp patches on the ceiling. Cups dirty, shower tiles really disgusting and sink was not clean. Duvet and pillows old and deeply stained under outer case - I slept with my t-shirt over the pillow. TV signal blurred and lagging. Room faces the street and was very noisy after pub closing with everyone hanging out on the road for a long while after.

Conveniently located for visiting our daughter in Clifton. Good pub. Nice bonus to offer cereals for breakfast in the room. Quality radio. Comfy bed. Barstaff were accommodating.

Mouldy patch on ceiling/wall in bedroom. Milk in communal fridge was rancid and 3 days out of date. The “welcome” messages were more concerned with telling me how much I would be fined if I smoked or destroyed the room than being welcoming. The pressure to produce credit card guarantees was also overwhelming and unwelcome.
