Andrea, our host, has been incredibly helpful even before our arrival. He made sure everything went smoothly and that we had a pleasant experience. He responded immediately to our messages, and his warmth really came through in all our exchanges. The location couldn't be more perfect—it's literally just a few steps from the center of Bellagio and close to all the sights. The apartment has a charming, "nonna" (grandma) style, which added to its cute spirit and made it perfect for our stay. It was very clean, and we were even offered a parking facility just a few minutes' walk away.

Location was amazing!!

The location was great…far enough removed from the busy waterfront area but close enough to get to the ferry terminal or shops and restaurants within 5 minutes. The apartment was cozy and comfortable and Carolina was so kind and helpful. There’s a laundry self service very near to the apartment and a small market as well. Carolina offered suggestions for dinner, drinks and attractions in the area and even made reservations for us! She was wonderful! We truly enjoyed our stay there!

The kitchen was small, but adequate for 2 people and preparing light meals, coffee, etc…

This apartment is in a perfect location. Literally just around the corner from a fruit and vegetable and mini grocery store and two other delis, a gelato shop, lots of restaurants and a laundrette. Comfy bed, plenty of hot water, comfy couch, great WiFi and responsive host by Whatsapp. Beautiful views of lake and mountains out of windows. The kitchen is very, very tiny but we were OK to make breakfast and cook dinner. Good selection of pots, pans ,olive oil etc. We enjoyed the great views from lounge and bathroom windows. Google told us to come up 100 steep steps from the ferry port with our luggage to the address which was a struggle with our suitcases. Suggest if you stay here you take the longer “no step slope” along the water front and up and around the hill. Also once you reach the apartment building it is 38 steps on a narrow stairway to apartment on top floor.

Apartment needs a bit of TLC.

The location was perfectly central and yet quiet also.

The kitchen is very small and smells terrible! Everything is old and dated. Couch cover could use a good wash.

Location is fantastic..close to the famous street and great restaurants.
