lovely balcony. Carolina met us at 11am and we were able to access the apartment and leave our rucksacks. She also provided some very helpful advice.

The hosts were super helpful and friendly and very responsive they went above and beyond with help and advice on places to eat! The apartment was a great size and in the perfect location. It was very clean and tidy and comfortable. Would definitely recommend if coming to Bellagio!

They don’t have aircon in the apartment however the rooms all stay cool and there a large fans provided that work just as well so we had no issues with the temperature.

Carolina and Andrea are exception hosts and made every effort to enhance our stay. Highly recommend!

Not a problem, but it is a hike from the ferry station if you have bags.

The location was perfect. Host was very helpful and informative. Room and bathroom is big and comfortable. Kitchen is small but perfect. Hosts very kindly left us some complimentary pasta and a bottle of delicious wine.

I didn't see it mentioned anywhere that the apartment was on the third floor, no elevator. This would be challenging for anyone who battles with climbing stairs.

Location, comfortable bed, everything you needed in an apartment. Wonderful, helpful and thoughtful hosts. They were so quick to respond and check how everything was, gave great suggestions of things to do.

The apartment is very nice, big, comfortable. It was super clean and with amenities as basic food and drinks. The owner, Carolina, super nice person. She gave us all the indications we needed to have an amazing time in Bellagio. If I come again to lake Como, I will stay here again.
