Very friendly owner who answered our requests.The location.The large bedroom.She left wine and met us with water(much needed).Small verandah and very quiet.Crisp white bed sheets.Lots of toiletries.Unusual in our past places.

The 38 steps to the apartment from the door.The car park(owned by the proprietor) was 20 euros per day so we left our car over the lake for free and took a small backpack (we stayed three nights).Didn't like the shower over bath....no grab rail and a shower cubicle would have been better.Small kitchen so not great to prepare food.

Location was great as it was right near cafés and shops. The view was also nice from the living room window. The host was amazing too.

It was on the third floor and we had a large and medium luggage we had to carry. Also, if you’re coming from the ferry like us, there was a lot of stairs to the apartment.

The location of the apartment was excellent, right in the heart of the town however it was back up off the Main Street so no noise disturbance from the street. The property was very clean and well equipped

It was really hot when we stayed in Bellagio, I believe hotter than usual and the apartment does not have air conditioning. It does have two very strong fans though which I imagine is usually enough.

Spacious, clean and in a good location. Comfy beds! Nice touches with a bottle of wine. No aircon but room did not get hot due to great quality fans.

We arrived and there was no one their to check us in. We did not have wifi and therefore did not receive the message sent at 9:30am to let them know when we were on the boat there. Bit of a mix up but all got sorted in the end. A message the day before would have been more useful but I also should have checked too.

We Luved that it was quiet and Carolina our host was very friendly and helpful at every turn very knowledgeable and caring The view and small patio Close to everything felt safe

It’s very minimal no black out curtains made it difficult to sleep kitchen very cramped no dishwasher No washer or dryer mattress could be better shower was strong but with plastic curtains Difficult to find
