Sue was super warm and friendly, and provided a generous breakfast. Very clean ! Very nice to have the bus stop right in front of the property.

It was a bit expensive for a 1 star hotel but I think that’s the general trend in Edinburgh.

The location is great for getting to Murrayfield Staudium and the city, either by bus or walking. The whole place was spotless, so clean! The hosts were very friendly, and breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of choices. The bathroom had toiletries, which came in handy as I had forgotten to bring toothpaste!

I genuinely can't think of anything!

Sue, the host was amazing, very helpful and breakfast was terrific !! The room was clean as well as the shared bathrooms. i liked being a bit away from the city center, went to many local pubs away from the other tourists..love to have a pint with the locals !

Make sure you see the 4pm check in time ! If you are really just looking for somewhere nice and clean to sleep for the night, great. You can't do much else and the 3 bed room is tight..but we made it work.

Sue, the host, was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and both the shared bathrooms were of a very high standard.

On arrival there was extremely loud music, which appeared to be coming from the property, but it was the flat below. It did give a bad first impression.
