• The property appears to be primarily used for short-term rentals, which may not be ideal for families with young children. • There was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke and cannabis throughout the building. • The floor carpets were visibly dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned for a considerable time, with multiple stains present. This may be related to pets being allowed on the property. • Under the beds, we found cigarette butts and items such as aluminium foil typically associated with smoking. • The bathroom floor is covered with a vinyl material that felt unhygienic, even after cleaning. • The dining chair upholstery was stained, similar to the carpets. While the sofa is dark in color and less visibly affected, it did not appear to be particularly clean. • The flooring is squeaky, and noise from both the lower and upper floors can be heard constantly throughout the night, making it difficult to get proper rest and sleep. • Basic toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo were not provided. While this may have been stated in the listing, these are generally expected amenities. • The towels provided were heavily worn and did not feel fresh. • Overall, the property appears outdated and in need of refurbishment. On the day of our check-in, we contacted the landlord to report these concerns and requested an early check-out, as we had found alternative accommodation; however, our request was not acknowledged. Based on our experience, we would recommend considering alternative accommodations, as there are better options available in a similar price range.

GBThe location of the property was great and very easy to find, with a lovely sea view. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for a week’s stay.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very disappointing. The walls, doors, and mirrors were visibly dirty, and the towel warmer was full of fluff and grime. The bed and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable, and the carpets were stained throughout. Noise was also a major issue. The people upstairs had absolutely no consideration for others—it genuinely sounded like a herd of elephants, with constant stamping,screaming and shouting. Overall, while the location and basic amenities were good, the poor cleanliness and excessive noise made the stay far less enjoyable than it should have been.
GBLocation is excellent with a beautiful view out to sea. The apartment has comfortable bedding throughout with clean linen. Very spacious apartment such that is 5 guests had enough space to not feel cramped. Good modern appliances fitted throughout the apartment were an added bonus.
The apartment needs to be attended to as the walls were unfortunately marked with pencil markings in many places when we checked in.

No heating. Radiators were cold and electric fire broken. It was a very cold wet weekend, so we shivered a great deal. Front door to the building was faulty and had to be left open all the time or we risked being locked out. We complained and received what looked like a genuine apology. We were promised a partial refund but it never came. Booking.com took up our case but got nowhere with the proprietor. Give this place a wide berth.

The property was not livable, huge stains on all seats, carpets, walls and ceiling. Mould all over the bathroom, stains on headboards, found fake nails and pimple patches on the floor. Left property and had to pay for somewhere else, Stai would not communicate or offer a resolution, called many times. Avoid this company
