Nice bathtub and comfortable stay for few nights

The staff was not organised and well manage

Stayed here for 1 night at Sunset Town and enjoyed the fireworks right from my balcony. Very beautiful experience and honestly the best! The staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

However, there was a sudden electricity problem from 5am until check out, so I had to check out early due to the inconvenience.

Clean room and nice view

The staff were very unprofessional. Never came into our room to clean and then on the last day when we where sleeping came in without knocking and realized we were sleeping so left. They didn’t take payment on arrival as they forgot and spam messaged me hello hello hello so I would come pay even though it was only day 2 of our stay. Very unpleasant

Staff was very bad No water bottles No room cleaning Staff was the worst All they wanted payment No slippers Receptionist was bad at english I was made to wait 1 hour to checkin she said she had multiple properties Room bedsheets were not clean Dirty bedsheets were on the bed with stains

Aircond & water heater is not working good, dusty, staff didnt know basic english, hard to communicate.

I love how close the property is to everything — the location is incredibly convenient. We can even watch the fireworks right from room 403, which is a huge bonus. Overall, the place has a lot of potential.

We arrived at the property around 11 AM and there was no one at reception. A number and Wi-Fi password were displayed, so we messaged that number and were told check-in was at 2 PM. That was fine, so we went out and returned at 5 PM. We messaged the same number again but received no reply for 30 minutes. I contacted the booking.com number and finally got a response with an apology and an offer to upgrade our room to watch fireworks. She said she would inform the staff. When we arrived, a man took us to Room 203. By then it was already 5:30 PM, and we were tired and just wanted to rest. When we tried to lie on the bed, we noticed the bedsheets were extremely dirty — stains and dust everywhere. I sent photos to the staff and asked for help. He told us to wait 5 minutes, but after 20 minutes with no update, I messaged the booking.com number again. Around 6:10 PM the man finally came and moved us to Room 403. We were hoping this room would be clean, especially after the upgrade, but it was the same — dirty sheets, dusty room, stained toilet and bathtub. Everything felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. The next day, I spoke to the man and two ladies about the cleanliness. They told me sheets are only changed every two days. I explained again and even said (in Vietnamese using translation) that I was happy to change the linens myself if they could give me fresh ones. They apologised but didn’t do anything. Later I texted the man again asking for fresh towels, but received no reply. Overall, it was a very bad experience. The lack of cleanliness and poor communication completely ruined our holiday.
