L’appartamento è in una zona centrale, ottima per visitare la città e per uscire la sera.

Siamo arrivati alle 15 come da indicazione dell’host, ma l’appartamento è stato pronto alle 16.15 senza giustificazioni. Mancavano le coperte per il divano letto le quali, nonostante numerose sollecitazioni all’host nel corso dei tre giorni, non sono mai arrivate. Abbiamo dovuto dormire tutti in un letto perché mancavano le coperte e il riscaldamento non solo non funzionava, ma faceva uscire aria fredda.

The property itself is okay for a short stay. Quiet location, air conditioning

The check-in process is total mess. They haven’t sent the instructions for checking in. They don’t provide (and don’t know) which keylocker is correct. They put me to a different apartments without asking or giving me any information on that. They didn’t clean the apartments properly before my check in. They provide towels, pillowcases, iron only after my requests. The towels was dirty. The phone number of the support cancel calls.

Stayed here and left feeling completely refreshed. Clean, quiet, and stylishly furnished. The host even left us local tips that made our trip extra special!

A perfect, central location. Its quiet as well. Very easy to have a second toilet on the entresol bedroom. Modern kitchen. The checking in is very easy and communication with the staff is quick and friendly. They do their best to help. Almost spotless clean and good beds.

Unfortunately no coffee-machine (was on the facilities list) and no basic things like tea/salt/pepper/kitchentowel. No clothhangers, but they delivered this after I asked. The windows are totally covered with privacy foil, so you cant look outside. There are good curtains, so the foil is not really necessary.

Waited outside the booking for an hour because they refused to send me a code to get in and then sent an invoice for 300$ after my stay for what I’m not sure

Some reviews were a bit mixed, but I had a really great stay. The space was clean, comfy, and quiet just exactly what I needed. The host was honestly the best part. Super sweet and made sure I felt taken care of. I’m really grateful and would happily stay again.

No complaints at all. Everything went smooth from the moment I booked to the moment I checked out. Room was ready, clean, and comfortable. Just easy from start to finish!
