The apartment is nicely decorated in a IKEA style. Furniture and facilities are modern.

The experience with the host was very disappointing. First, they asked me to communicate via WhatsApp (not the booking chat) and install it if I did not have it. I do not use WhatsApp (for security reasons) and when I told them so, they asked me why this was not OK for me? (WTF?) But in the end they accepted to send me check in info via the Booking app chat. Upon arrival at 5 pm the apartment was not ready - there was a guy cleaning who just told us to wait for half an hour. (The official booking time is from 3 pm.) The apartment is supposed to have wifi (this is in the description) but the password was nowhere to be seen. When I wrote them about it repeatedly via the chat, they did not reply at all. (Even though they texted me about how to check out at the same time, so they must have seen my message. Also, some very basic things are missing in the kitchen. No drying rack for the dishes, no drying towel either, no bottle opener nor corkscrew. Finally the entrance to the apartment is in a pretty ugly patio - the views were a bit apocalyptic :-D I would be OK with this (I am not very picky), if the rest of the experience was better. But it wasn't. You should also know that it smells of damp.

It looks nice by the pictures and description but in reality there was a terrible smell of dampness in the bathroom and outside the front door where the washing machines are and the courtyard is in disrepair with old bits of furniture left outside the door of the apartment, it was a far cry from the pictures they use to advertise the property. I had to ask 2 different people if I was in the right place I just couldn't believe it was the right place going off there pictures

It is a nice studio if it has been cleaned, a little dark, but quiet. Facing the inner court. It’s a ground floor studio so do not forget to close the windows while leaving. Basic facilities. Washing machine but no dryer.

Staying and dealing with D35 services was disappointing and difficult. We arrived at 9.30PM on Friday night and found no keys in the locker. The service desk told us to walk to a different location to pick up the emergency locking card. I’m 6 months pregnant so walking with the luggage back and forth was difficult. When we came back with the emergency card and accessed the studio, it turned out it wasn’t cleaned after the previous guests. No clean towels, no clean bedsheets, garbage everywhere. Then for 2!!! Nights !!! No one came to clean or at least bring some clean bedsheets and towels. Nothing. Had to buy towels, washed the sheets, sleeping on stains dirty mattress. All the customer service was telling me is that I have to bring back the emergency key (they never provided me with a proper key) and that they are sorry for the inconvenience. Finally ok Sunday ! Afternoon the cleaning arrived and they were new and didn’t know they had to clean it earlier. I do not recommend statin in this property or dealing with this company in general

Super, central location. So easy to get about by bus, tram, underground and on foot. A few minutes walk from St Stephen’s Basilica and all the restaurants and bars in that area. Great value for money for a few nights stay.

Although the apartment was spotlessly clean, it smelled damp on entry. The bathroom smelled of the drains and we left the extractor fan on the whole time. We appreciate it’s a very old building and being on the ground floor probably didn’t help. I wouldn’t have wanted to sleep on the sofa bed - fortunately my daughter and I could share the bed on the mezzanine floor. Overall, good value for money for a short stay but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay there for a week.

My experience with this appartment was honestly not the greatest, considering the price and all the positive reviews i saw, i expected much better, its was alright but there is some things that could definetly be better. Starting with the location, its not bad, kinda close to the center but the river is further, anyways the appartment is located in kinda dirty looking street(not the fault of the appartment) and the building itself is old, you enter the building and go through to get to the appartment main door, which leads to a small little hall which has two doors, one for appartment nr.1 and second for nr.2., which means you share it with the neighbour's and you can hear a lot of whats happening there. When you enter the appartment we were always greeted with the smell of sewer/drain, it must be coming either from the shower or kitchen drain and its not pleasant, smells through the whole appartment. Overall the appt. was relatively clean but it could also be a little better. The TV in appt. was unusable because its old and doesnt support any netflix or other, so theres just hungarian programes, this is not a big deal for me. Another thing which left me surprised is that the shower has no door, there is only one half of the shower entrance covered with glass, the other half is just open, which means that even if you shower very carefully, there will always be water everywhere in the bathroom. The toilet seat doesnt stay up, the curtains are dirty. There is older silicone seals having a bit of mold so that could use a renewing for sure. The kitchen is kind of poorly equipped, there is not toaster, no bottle opener, no coffee drip machine or anything, no salt or pepper and only deep plates. Just a kettle, microwave and oven and there is no cloth to wipe the dishes. It was very cold in the appartment when we first entered it but you can turn up the heating and it becomes better.

I mentioned all in the positives but theres also negatives.

It was 8min walk to the Lv store and opera. Really big accommodation with steps to the bed. It was cozy and clean just like on the pictures. Overall the location is literally center, u won t get better deal for such a price. I felt comfortable staying here and walking around the neighborhood by myself. Also around are many food stores and great places to eat - all affordable. Experience was 10/10 recommend it 100% u won t regret it. Looking forward to staying here for the next visit
