The location was great and the cleanliness too

The are was a bare wire, ceiling lamp wire the lamp was missing and the wire cut leaving the wires exposed and dangerous. The sofa into bed for the kids too sleep had a very thin matress it was as if one slept on the floor. The toilet was leaking. The wifi was gone for 24 hours. It was time consuming for the four of us to shower as after one shower the hot water was gone and we had to wait for 35 - 45 minutes for the water to reheat but I guess this is not on the host to blame as I found out boilers in Budapest work like that due to small water boiler tanks, lame! Generally the price was way to high for such poor standards. I wouldn't go for even half the price I paid.

Smell of moisture and sewage. Need organization with cleaning schedule.

I recently moved to Budapest for work and booked a BQA Boutique apartment as a temporary accommodation while I searched for a long term residence. This property is in an excellent location within walking distance to grocery stores, the oktagon, currency exchange, Christmas markets, and notable streets. Eyal, BQA co-owner and Operation Manager, provided thorough check-in/out instructions, as well as recommendations of sights to see in the area. He was incredibly attentive and diligent in his responses, despite managing several other units. Although my stay was short, I also recommend D35 boutique apartments for long term stays due to the furnishings, equipped kitchen, and desirable location.

Beware that the apartment you are given may be different from the one pictured. Booking.com shows select images, while there are alternate units available. This wasn’t an issue as my unit was a comparable style and had all of the fixings that were detailed for a ‘Deluxe Apartment’. Although, there was no washing machine, but luckily my stay was temporary and I didn’t require clean clothes! I would suggest a way to request fresh towels for longer stays— but perhaps it wasn’t offered for reservation length. Nonetheless, it was a great apartment in an excellent location with even better customer service!

Big space, loft for bed. Full bathroom downstairs, toilet upstairs. Kitchen, dining table for 4 and couch. Washing machine available in communal entranceway. Self check-in easy, located in a good spot.

Was a little bit cold (heater wasn't super strong to reach everywhere). No dryer for washing, had to hang up around room (loft railing mostly). Shower needs a door, gets a lot of water in bathroom. Couch feels like it's missing a back cushion.

Very stylish apartment in a fantastic location with a very friendly host. Nice separation of the space makes it a great stay for couples

- Too few towels (only 2 for 2 days) - A coffee machine (french press) or similar and more kitchen equipment in general would be nice
