Great location

Lack of information on arrival No staff on the desk most of the time Canteen closed for renovation....that info should have neen made available No hot water we had to have a cold shower

"Experience at Sandcastles"

Loved the bed and the patio view. The hall and kitchen were good too. Loved the fact that it was coded and not having to use a card to access the room.

Didn't like the fact that there was only 2 towels available. Didn't like the fact that there was no shampoo and shower gels. Not everyone can use soaps. Also, the castile soap is a better option than rosa Venus.Didn't like the fact that there was nothing to make tea since we weren't given bottles of water upon arrival.

"Amazing BRT 10 day trip!"

I love the location on the strip. I love the restaurant available on site, the bar and other restaurant and the nightly music. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the unit.

I didnt like that the last few days I ran out of hot water and I didnt bother to mention it. I didnt care for the towel request service. My room was for 2 and they gave only 2. I wish they would provide extras. Especially knowing that we are coming during a big event time, we were showering 3-4 times a day.
