"great location, clean but lacked welcome touches"

Great location. Overall apartment is clean. Good value for money. Air condition provided. Restaurant on site provided good food and value for money. Reception staff were nice.

no welcome pack in the apartment including WFI instructions. Apartment lack the finishing touches. Could have provided disposable kitchen towel and perhaps provided a little tea/coffee. No bathroom mat. Shower Head needs adjusting.

"The place was nice, I got nice pictures however I didn’t feel the welcome from the staff around…"

I loved the ambiance…

There was a lot of noise from the neighbors, men mowing the lawn (I guess there was no wait to avoid that)… we did not hve any help to take luggage’s to the room and we are two females.

Location the apartment

There was a lot of locals hanging around by the pool in the evening which made you feel unsafe but they were friendly enough.
