The apartment is as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend it.

There's no smart tv and the cable channels weren't entertaining.

Okay, so the reception area could be more accommodating. Example- It needs to be decorated, could have a host to meet and greet and offer a glass of champagne or wine and guide us to our apartment. Also, you could think of ways to do some birthday specials, if its even to knock on the door and surprise us with a slice of cake and balloons. You guys need to help us to feel more special while visiting.

The apartment and location was great.The staff we came into contact with were very friendly and pleasant. I have recommend sandcastles to a number of people and with stay there again.

The towels and sheets were not changed frequently and the air conditioning the living room did not work properly. Was reported but still wasn't fixed. And it can do with a new fridge and more cooking utensil required..The lock to the balcony door in living room needs repairing.

The apartment is very spacious and does feel like a home away from home. It's very centrally located in Ocho Rios town so easy to find places to eat, a supermarket, souvenir shops and the beach nearby. Hotel staff all friendly and seems like a good work culture. There is a restaurant right in front of the apartment complex so conveniently located. There is a TV in both the living room and bedroom.

Whilst the apartment was in a generally good state, I think the sofa could do with a good deep clean as it smelt a bit musty. There was a kitchen, however no washing up equipment for plates and cutlery. WiFi is only available in the apartment and not in the wider complex which would be ideal.
