I love everything about this property. The staff very helpful and welcoming us to the property very well.

Not even one thing i dont like about this property.

My room was comfortable. The young staff, especially the female staff, were good despite their obvious lack of hospitality training. Please see the negative comments.

The images and descriptions on Booking.com are completely misleading. The facilities listed do not exist. Everything is outsourced. The sign on the front door said closed during my entire stay. When I arrived, I was unsure of the entrance because of the closed sign. There was a young man playing on his phone inside who I later learned was a staff member but he looked me then went back to his phone. When I eventually entered, there was another male staff member relaxing on a day bed behind the counter. Not the best impression. The door handle to my room was loose, so maintenance is not a priority. The rooftop bar, despite the glitzy advertising, does not serve food. The stairs to the rooftop area needs a low ceiling warning. Locating the hotel is difficult. It took three attempts to locate the hotel as there are three places with Lotus in the name. Whoever is the owner/manager needs to train their staff and ensure a better standard of accommodation. The room was not serviced during my stay.. The hotel is 2 star at best in its current condition.

The worker really helpful. Breakfast is basic. Has rooftop to look for sunset. Walking distance to kiss bridge, instagrammable spot , spa and night market. If i go to phu quoc will choose this hotel

The room facilities and clean up. Lock was malfunction during check in. The room was not clean up the next and was inform that we need to arrange with reception to have it clean up.

Area is very nice. Rooftop view is great. Must stay in this hotel 🤩🤩🤩

The hotel is in line with the photos and the rooftop is also very beautiful.

We booked 3 rooms 3 months ago, but we could only have one room at this hotel, and the other 2 rooms had to be accommodated at another hotel without a view. Our group of 6 had to stay separately. This is not a small problem and will seriously affect the mood of passengers. This problem should be faced squarely, otherwise, no matter how good the landscape is, it will be abandoned.
