Lotus Home Corner & Rooftop

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is really nice, very close to night market and sightseeing places.

We booked the package for early checkin. However, they seemed not prepared for it. They gave us a room that the bed lien was not even folded well. The toilet was not very clean.

We loved the rooftop arrangement.

The restaurant serves mainly Vietnam cuisine and not other cuisine. There should be mirror in the bedroom also. Tea and coffee pouch may be provided also.

Check in at Lotus Home Corner & Rooftop Sunset Town - Free Hon Thom Island Waterpark Cable Car was a disappointing experience. Upon arrival at the hotel I was informed to get the Hon Thom Island Waterpark Cable Car ticket for free I need to be registered for the next day. Whereas we had to go to the airport the next morning to return to Ho Chi Minh City, and I had to give up the ticket reluctantly. I was disappointed that the hotel did not register on the day I checked in even though I had informed that we had to take the cable car on the day of check in at 10.00 A.M. because we had to catch up on time. Besides that I was also informed that the hotel we booked was not at Lotus Home Corner & Rooftop Sunset Town. But in its branch in another block. When I checked in at the hotel he meant, I was disappointed because the hotel lobby was full of restaurant tables and I felt uncomfortable checking in. the price for a deluxe double room is VND 963,900 per night. I gave 1,000,000 Dong because I don't have any change. I thought I would be refunded the balance of 36,100 Dong but only received 36,000 Dong. Communication is also very difficult because the receptionist doesn't understand English well. Not only that, I also feel cheated when I see a bed that only accommodates 2 guests when in the reservation I stated that I need a room that can be occupied by 3 guests. The absence of an elevator also made it difficult for us to lift down 3 pieces of luggage. I am disappointed because of the confusing room booking system in booking.com. For new tourists of course do not know the existence of such hotel branches.

Good location / clean room

We book Lotus Home corner and rooftop. But when we go there, they move us to another branch which is a restaurant on 1st floor. Quite busy and not private. And No Lift, we have to carry our large luggages up to 2nd and 3rd. This was terrible.

This is my 2nd time visiting Sunset Town but my 1st time staying at this hotel and We liked EVERYTHING!!❤️ The location is perfect - very close to the night market and Starbucks which is the best spot to watch the sunset. The room is big and spotless! Food is great too!😋 Shoutout to “TAN” who’s been very helpful whenever we needed help during our stay.

the hotel itself have 4-5 branches. we stayed in Hai Bột cafe on 2nd floor so we did get a good view of the fireworks. the room equipments are quite new. their sardine skillet for breakfast was delishhh. the hotel located on a busy street so do expect loud noises until 10pm-ish (they have soundproof windows so it helps), walking distance to the beach, night market and Hon Thom cable. free tickets to Hon Thom on the house made our stay very worth it

the staffs manage both the cafe and the hotel so they were very busy and could be available all the time. the check-in time in Booking is 12pm but when we arrived they did not let us in until it was sharp 2pm even when the room already available. we waited in the cafe for 2hrs. wish they fixed check-in time on Booking and was transparent abt no early check-in. minor things like there is no elevator and the rooms located on 2nd & 3rd floor, which is st to considered for ppl with mobility issues

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Free cable car and to aquatopia was great. Can see fireworks from rooftop and room. Free breakfast. Laundry service was excellent value and care for our garments.

Bed could improve in quality. But not too bad overall.
