Clean hotel, friendly staff, great location. Very secure area but then, Vietnam is generally very secure too. Transports provided to and from breakfast restaurant. Minutes away from of the nicest beaches on PhuQuoc Island

Breakfast was very average. The entire town is like an empty Italian movie set, everytrhing is fake, the so called night market is fake, rocks are fake, and the only supermarket is an over-expensive tourist trap. The entire Italien inspired city is basically empty, 95% of all the buildings are empty, a few stores there and there... Quite depressing actually! What is amazing is that they are still building more andmore. If ytu are looking for a more local Vietnamese experience, this is not the place to go. There is a small beach on site, but the landscape has literally been ruined by absurd and ugly post-modern consdtructions. The entire beach is surounded by them, on each sidess. Fact is, we haven't seen anyone using it.

Good Location

We were contacted a few days before checking in and given the option to change hotels due to maintenance work to be carried out. We decided to stay there assuming work would be carried out from early morning, but drilling, hammering etc started from 10 pm. Also there is no mini fridge in the room!

Nice little hotel in a good location. The rooms were spacious and clean. Nice view of Italy outside. An Italian town in Vietnam. Incredible but worth seeing.

There were no fridges in the rooms which is a must in hot countries.

Good Location, the couple of Owners are nice and helpful! They help to call the Tuk Tuk (200k vnđ /Hours, travel around and visit famous places). Hotel have Terrace on the Top to enjoy the Fireworks (Fireworks every night at 21h30 for 7min) but should be careful about the roof before to go the Top.
