Thier breake fast was good and i did enjoy the food

the lift was out of order not working .

The staff was welcoming.

The hotel is not worthy the cost paid. Small rooms, bath rooms very small and incovenients. I was not pleased when the driver who took me to airport asked me to pay. It is said on line that the hotel provides pick-up and drop to airport.

Sehr kleine Auswahl beim Frühstück, Abends musste immer erst nachgefragt werden, ob das Gericht aus der Karte möglich ist. Getränke waren auch sehr Rah, ein großer Vorrat das man mal drei Bier trinken kann war nicht vorhanden. Alles in einem ein normales Hotel, aber keinesfalls ein 5* Hotel.

The hotel has 24 hour security and is very clean. Quiet location next to the lake and lakeside eating choices.

The hot water was turned off 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. Food service is extremely slow.

The food was lovely, and the people were friendly and polite.

Unfortunately, the water in my room was either very hot or just cold, so being able to have a warm shower was impossible. I had to ask multiple times for this to be addressed. Unfortunately, until I left, this matter was not addressed properly. The power cuts during the night were not good as my CPAP did not work and I lost valuable sleep, which left me too tired the next day. The phone in my room did not work, so I was unable to call for assistance and had to go up and down the stairs to the reception multiple times when I needed something. The lift was out of service. The pool did not look like it had been cleaned regularly.

Location is great 👍. Not far from the airport

Environment is too quiet
