Grik Hotel - Entebbe

The hotel is very clean, and the location is very good . The food was delicious too.

First I had booked for 2 nights but I stayed longer for 7more nights

Trevlig personal. Bra läge i förhållande till flygplatsen. Bra pris.

Hissen var ur funktion båda gångerna (med en veckas mellanrum). Dåligt fungerande wifi. Olika bra frukost. Tex hade man inte kaffe första gången.

The breakfast and dinner.

Worst experience ever. I was given a dirty room, how do allocate dirty rooms. Don't you check before you allocate guests. The staff was not so helpful in this regard, whatever you suggest is followed by an excuse. The manager was not reachable, according to the receptionist, how os that possible. These people think we are stupid. The room didn't even have a kettle and teas.

There’s no freezer

I liked the food, the room it self and how we was treated. And it was a great view. And you had a lot of options to where you wanted to stay, good juice and soda.

How hard it was to get the shower to the right temp. Littlebit to one side it was ice cold and same amount to the other side was scolding hot. And the pool was dirty. At a lvl that we tought about it awhile before jumping in. I even asked when the pool was last cleaned. And what we had to choose from the menu was lacking. In the way for breakfast we was only able to choose elemnts from a english breakfast. Even they had many types of breakfast to chouse from. So basicly they chose english breakfast gor you.

Biting bugs filled my room. Dead bugs all over room. Room service took 2.5 hours to recieve order with 10% surcharge additional. Very expensive, very limited menu. Seemed unorganized. Tried to double charge me for airport shuttle. Intermittant Wifi. Missed breakfast due to departure time. No offer to give me boxed breakfast.
