Grik Hotel - Entebbe

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was big and very clean, the staff was very kind and helpful, and the location is perfect. The swimming pool is nice as a refreshment and the food was great. Thanks for our wonderful stay!

The hotel is well located in quiet zone near to The ZOO. They offer to us very late check out. The manager was very friendly. We were satisfied with this accomodation.

I liked Grik Hotel in Entebbe first and foremost for its excellent location. It's situated in a quiet area, not too far from Lake Victoria, making it very convenient overall. The hotel features an on-site restaurant with a nice menu, eliminating the need to venture out in the evenings. The hotel boasts a fantastic swimming pool which I enjoyed immensely. The rooms were clean with very comfortable beds and, most notably, excellent lighting that allowed me to read and work during the evening hours - something I truly appreciated. A special word of thanks to the managers and staff, particularly Robina and Caroline, who made my stay truly memorable. They were exceptionally kind, helping with every possible request - from extra towels and hangers to kettle, cups and many other things. Their assistance made me feel very happy throughout my stay. I particularly appreciate the excellent breakfast with its wide variety of options, especially the tropical fruit salads available every day.

Regarding potential drawbacks: I'm very sensitive to mosquitoes, and it was mosquito season during my visit. Be aware that there are no mosquito nets in the rooms. However, the hotel manager provided me with a special device to plug in, ensuring quiet and good nights' sleep, which was very much appreciated. Just be mindful that mosquitoes are present in the area and even closed windows would not stop them coming!

Tiny room, tv couldn't connect to local channels

It was delicious and yummy. please improve on your menu for lunch and dinner. it was so limited that we ended up feeding on Jung foods. No greens, no continental foods etc. Jung food is not healthy. Please work on that so that next time we can be able to enjoy our stay to the fullest.

Food menu for lunch and dinner. Too much Jung foods, its not healthy at all. Please provide organic foods etc fresh juice is only served at breakfast. The rest of the day, its for taking sodas which is again not healthy. There are plenty of fruits in Uganda, lets make use of it and drink fresh juice so we can stay healthy please.

Internet wasn't working but manager Doreen was very good and give me her own portable Internet. Staff have been very helpful.
