The charming room was much larger than the photos. Very beautiful interior. Really felt like the palace it once was. Great location, walkable to everything. Lots of stores, restaurants in area.
MisCommunication about check out. On booking.com check out shows 11am, but staff told us it was 10:30am. We overslept the day of checkout, woke up at 10:30. I had to show her the checkout policy on app. After that they allowed us our time to leave by 11.

Perfect location Lovely accommodations and wonderful service by Josey and Selena. Safe area, wonderful breakfast, attention to your every need. Great recommendations for authentic Palermo cuisine. If I could give them 6 stars, I would! Ci vediamo 🇮🇹♥️

Tout, la suite, l’emplacement, le personnel. La chambre est décorée avec goût. L’attention et la gentillesse du personnel sont vraiment un plus pour cette expérience. Le Palazzo est très bien placé, quartier chic et commerçant mais pas très loin des lieux à visiter. Le parking à quelques mètres était très pratique.

I loved everything about this hotel, especially the kind and friendly staff. They prepared beautiful memories for my husband’s birthday, which was a wonderful surprise for him and his family. The room design was also very beautiful.” There were snacks, coffee, fruits and pastries available all day and night for Free. Very generous hotel. Very clean
they can put a little bit more variety for breakfast

宮殿の一部として歴史的外観が立派で通りからのエントランスが趣があり気に入りました。
ホテル前の通りが夜遅くまで騒々しくなかなか寝つかれませんでした。
