部屋の掃除も行き届いてとても綺麗でした。 素敵なお部屋で、昼間暑い時はホテルでゆっくり出来ました。この値段で泊まれてラッキーです。

If you wanted to stay in the heart of Palermo in an historic villa, then stay here. its just beautiful.

Whilst breakfast was adequate, possibly more choice. There was always something to eat left out to help yourself during your stay, .the cakes were excellent

Bad breakfast. Extra charges (15 euros for check in after 16:00 and 25 euros after 19:00) plus local tourist taxes (12 euros per night).

The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The breakfast and snacks were amazing, and the staff even bought things they knew my boys would enjoy. The room was clean and comfortable and in the perfect location for us.

Palazzo Genuardi was exceptional! It is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and the staff went out of their way to cater to our every need! They helped us park our car, made dinner reservations, gave us ice, and scissors I needed to cut some gauze for my blisters. Seriously, above and beyond! They were so friendly and caring and we very much enjoyed chatting with them at breakfast each morning. It is an ideal location for walking to and from many of the local attractions. We highly recommend this unique boutique hotel if you’re in Palermo!!

Great rooms with authentic ceiling paintings. Quiet despite the central location. Great and very helpfull staf. Listen to their recommendations and you will enjoy Palermo and its cousine.

Our stay at Palazzo Genuardi Charming Rooms in Palermo was truly exceptional. The hotel is located right in the city center – within walking distance of the main sights, yet peaceful and quiet. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful historical building. The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated in a classic style. The high ceilings and carefully preserved architectural details created a unique and elegant atmosphere that reflected the building’s rich history. One of the pleasant surprises was the availability of coffee, water, and snacks 24/7 – a thoughtful touch that showed genuine care for guests’ comfort. This place is perfect for those looking not just for accommodation, but for a truly special experience. A definite 10 out of 10 – we would love to return!

‏First of all, a huge thank to our wonderful hosts Joshina and Selene!!! ‏They gave us warm and embracing professional hospitality. This is a boutique hotel in a very central and safe location, on a pedestrian street. The house itself is tastefully and meticulously restored. Spectacular fresco ceilings. Amazing and luxurious design. The room is comfortable and very clean. The breakfast is wonderful and aesthetic. Snacks are served throughout the day. A feeling of home!!!
