Staff and food

Hard to find and difficult to get in and out with one set of traditional keys and our family. Also, I did not appreciate that parking was advertised as included and then 25 Euros a day surprise after booking. Also, we were charged a late 25 Euro check-in fee for 7 pm arrival! I’m not sure we can call that after hours in today’s world.

Everything is well taking care off. Staff is very friendly and helpfull which makes the stay very relaxing and enjoyable. situated in the centre of Palermo in a pedestrian area, all places of interest are very nearby (parking lot available near by) if we ever would come back to Palermo, this is the place where we would stay again. transfer by bus to airport of Palermo is at 5 minutes walk (tip : purchase your ticket in advance at the kiosk at plazza on the crossroad of Piazza Ruggiero Setimo and via della Liberta (where also the stopplace of the bus is to the ariport) in this way, your seat is guaranteed on the bus you want to take

Everything was excellent. Hotel owner & staff went far & beyond to make sure we had everything we needed & we were happy. Prime location. The room was very big, clean , beautiful & comfortable! Brakefast was excellent , in fact there was a table in the lounge with freash food & drinks 24×7. We highly recommend this hotel!!!

This was an amazing stay in Palermo. The rooms were elegant,sophisticated and charming. The location was perfect to see all of the city. This is one of the best places we have ever stayed.

This brand new hotel was a very pleasant surprise, as there were few opinions in the Internet. The facilities in the big room were on five stars level, breakfast and the evening snacks - excellent. Above everything we would like to mention the kindness of the ladies of the Hotel. Recommend heartily!

Amazing staff that couldn’t do enough for you. Super clean and modern hotel with the added benefit of breakfast and afternoon snacks. Central location within walking distance to main Palermo sights. Thank you for our lovely stay!

The thing that stands out most is how incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful the staff was. We have never had that level of attention anywhere we have stayed. The most expensive hotels and resorts we have frequented did not come close to this level of service. If there was nothing else, we would stay here again just for the service. But the room was also great. It is in an old building that has been renovated, leaving the soaring ceiling with decorative accents you do not find in modern rooms. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The room was quiet despite being on a street full of shops and pedestrians. The location placed us in walking range of most everything worth seeing in Palermo.
