Perfekte Lage, sehr gute Anbindung, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr sauber, alle sehr freundlich, sehr gut ausgestattet, bequem eingerichtet. Mann kann sich wirklich wohlfühlen. Ruhig, nach am Strand. Anlage ist zwar alt, aber sehr gepflegt.

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno. L’appartamento è accogliente, ben attrezzato e dotato di tutti i comfort. La posizione è ottima e permette di muoversi facilmente nella zona. Un ringraziamento particolare all’host, sempre disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza. Consigliatissimo.

"Great stay for a relaxing family getaway — we’d happily return!"

Quiet, well-maintained residence with a pleasant pool and great location near clean beaches and the vaporetto to Venice (a car or bike is recommended for shops/restaurants). The apartment was very clean, cozy and well-equipped, with a practical layout (separate bedroom and living area) and a lovely balcony. Smooth self check-in and very responsive host made the stay easy and comfortable.

A clothes dryer would be a useful addition.

Aucun contact autre que messagerie (cependant très cordial). Etablissement triste en cette saison et sûrement surchargé en pleine saison avec soucis d'isolation phonique.

Hr. Marco war sehr bemüht. Die Lage ist ruhig und schön. Die Ausstattung überdurchschnittlich. Die Anbindung zum öffentlichen Verkehr optimal. ( 10 Gehminuten zur Vaporettohaltestelle) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Rosa Hren Österreich
