Super Lage, ruhig und 10 min zu Fuß zum Anleger. Bestens ausgestattet und super sauber. Online checkin etwas umfangreich, kann aber rechtzeitig vor Anreise erledigt werden. Ein Venedig-Basecamp zum wohlfühlen.

Quartiere tranquillo (almeno in bassa stagione) a due passi dall'imbarco di Punta Sabbioni. Appartamento ampio e ben servito. Pulizia ottima. Posto auto.

Non c'è lavastoviglie, ma è l'unica pecca direi

The photo guide to access the apartment was excellent. Well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom with washing machine, balcony. Pool open only in summer. Lidl Market 3 km away, restaurants nearby, ten minute walk to the Venice vaporetto port, free parking in front of the house.

The apartment is really tiny, but it was enough for a family with children and a short stay.

Etwas alt und das Studio hatte ca. 35 m2 und nicht 50 m2
